Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

• Payment is due upon the completion of filming / shooting your project, unless otherwise agreed to.

• If the agreed upon price is over $500, we would like at least %50 up front.

• We currently accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, and some bank transfers.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable unless we have to cancel.

• Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice? You’ll owe 50% of the total.

• Bad weather? No problem — we’ll reschedule for free.

3. Delivery

• You’ll receive edited photos/videos within 2 business days of the shoot unless otherwise stated (we’ll confirm the timeline in advance).

• Final media is delivered via Dropbox, available for 30 days before deletion. A USB flash drive is available upon request for $50.

4. Media Use

• You get full rights to use the media however you’d like (social media, website, etc.).

• JB Drones may use footage for our own portfolio or social media — unless you ask us not to.

5. Safety & Compliance

• We follow all FAA drone regulations and fly safely at every location.

• Part of our consultation is checking airspace.  We won’t fly in restricted airspace, but chances are we can fly to at least some altitude at your location. 

• We do not fly in unsafe conditions.
